Integrated Water Master Plan is responsible to upgrade water management systems as well as tailings disposal systems associated with increase in copper production expansion projects in Sarcheshmeh and Miduk copper mine complexes. This project includes water resources management for Shahr_e_Babak aquifer, construction of three tailings dams, two water dams, diversion weir & water treatment plant, some pump stations, paste thickeners and water and sediment pipe lines. This project will reduce fresh water consumption and to achieve the latest worldwide environmental standards, will recycle the processed water completely. The project has been starts from 2004 and will be finished on 2009.
